In the article foreign and domestic techniques of quality evaluation of a life of the population are analysed, their merits and demerits are revealed. Besides, author's definition and classification of quality performances of a life are presented. And also the technique of quality evaluation of a life offered by the author with allowance for regional features (on an example of Krasnoyarsk region) is opened.
