Lust сered forms of organization and financing of resort- tourist sphere

The problems of elaboration of organizational and financial mechanisms of innovational development in health resort enterprise and tourism, as well as motivations of investment activity in this sphere are analysed. Diversified resort-tourist clusters are offered in the capacity of a promising organizational-financial structure. Such clusters combine the advantages of network organizations with regards to their adaptability to circumstances and achievement of synergetic collaboration effect of participants, who may differ in scale and sectoral specialization. The author’s interpretation of the economic category of “cluster” is substantiated. Different variants of organizational-financial structures of cluster type are examined.
