In this paper is actualized the problem of region brend forming. Special attention is worthy of point of author’s view on the territorial brending as the technology of balanced social and economic development providing for RF territories. The paper offer author’s approach to region brend forming and put into operation the notion «brend point of growth». The article is important for practice because give the results of author’s approach using in Ivanovo region.
