Active social-economic politics - most important factor of upgrading in the quality of labor power in regions

In this article reveals the influence of demographic development of Russia and migratory processes on the dynamics of a change in structure and quality of labor power as a whole in the country and in the regions also is revealed. It is based on the example of Belgorod region, that the retention and an increase labor resource is the result of active policy of regional authorities for the development of economy and social sphere, according to constructive cooperation with business sector and civilian population. In the conclusion, there is proposed the packages of measures for an upgrading in the quality of labor power both for the whole country and for regions.
