Problems of formation of the trajectory of the innovative development of depressive miner's territories of the Rostov region

The contemporary paradigm of the development of regional economy assumes the need for involvement in the innovation processes of largest possible number of territorial subjects, including depressive territories. The factors of the previous development suppress the diffusion of innovations in the former miner territories, in spite of their proximity to «the points of increase». The trajectory of the innovative development of the former miner cities during the first stage must be directed «the adoption of innovations», that makes it possible to create conditions for further self-formation of innovative potential.
