Cluster as a providing instrument of competitiveness of the region’s tourist industry

In authors’ opinion, the development of the tourist industry of Pskov region will help to solution many economic and social problems of the region, will allow using its cultural potential and ecological condition, will attract investments to the economics of region. The most perspective approach of development of the tourist industry is a cluster approach, which creates the possibility effective collaboration of region’s tourist organizations and raises its competitiveness.
