Agricultural insurance as an important factor of management system by risks in the agro-industrial complex

In connection with more frequent natural cataclysms in last years, the problems of the creation of the efficient management system by risks in agro-industrial complex of the region has gained else greater urgency. In this work is analyzed the activities in concluding a contract of insurance harvests of crop harvesting in the South Federal County and, in particular, in Dagestan; the market insurances problems are revealed; the most efficient variants of agricultural harvest insurance contracts signing with conditional and unconditional franchise are determined, the discount table of insurance payments amounts for participation of the enterprise AIC in indemnity is designed. The conclusion is that signing of agricultural harvest insurance contracts with determination with determination of insured share in indemnity realizes stimulating and checking functions and influences upon minimization of insurance events risks and insurance premium amount has been made.
