Territory planning as ecology-oriented methods of managing territory development of municipal entities

The article proves the expediency of territory planning based on the usage of ecology-oriented methods of managing territory development of all levels: federal, regional, municipal. Preparation of documents for territory planning of municipal entities is considered to be crucial in this process. Guided by the data concerning ecological situation and territory planning of city regions of Volgograd area the author highlights the importance of effective government regulation in launching all categories of ecological measures into quality management system of ecologic environment and stresses their advantages in solving specific managerial problems.
