In the context of current crisis the problem of establishing an effective investment activity management system of the region as the most important part of the investment process has become crucial. The system will contribute to the development of industries, which form the region’s budget; to the development of regional infrastructure; to the improvement of investment policy effectiveness, focused on the development of high-technology branches to promote long-term social and economic development.
