Small-scale business: regional aspects of mechanisms of state regulation

The condition of a small-scale business in the crisis phenomena is discussed 2008–2009 shown that regions of Russia objectively differ on a level of development of small business. On the basis of results of competitions of Ministry of economic development and trade, with use regression analys, it is proved that the state support creates preferences for those regions which have high dynamics of development of a small-scale business and by that strengthens inter-regional differentiation. It is offered to conduct selective support of a small-scale business, at the organisation of competitions to consider differentiation of regions on a small-scale business level of development
