Offers on use of the earths of the agricultural purpose, directed on achievement of the purposes of maintenance of food safety of the country and its regions are given. It is simulated two variants of economic development of regions of the Central federal district proceeding from the discrimination to the food problem decision, and as consequence, to use of the earths of an agricultural purpose
     Area under crops account as a whole on the Central federal district is made and its optimum structure is offered
