The increase in volumes of housing construction demands working out of adequate organizational-legal forms of realisation of investitsionno-building projects. The essential factors constraining development of housing construction, rigid requirements of the law on individual share are. At the same time, use of tools of housing cooperation allows to overcome problems of the initial stages of building - absence of accessible sources of financing.
