Problems of strengthening of an export potential of Russia are exclusively important and actual at the present stage of economic transformations. In the present work the cores of a vector of development of policy of the state at a level of region are analyzed and certain. Offered actions can increase an export potential of the regional enterprises, so also the Russian Federation.
