Development of economy and modern society co-operates with potential of system of a supply with information. In article necessity of formation of system of a supply with information, as one of methods of development of regions and the country is proved. The basic economic indicators of development of an information technology are resulted. Problems of development of regions are revealed and ways of their decision by means of a supply with information.
