The tendencies and priorities of the innovational development of Kurgan area enterprises in light of the "open" innovations model

The analysis of the tendencies and priorities of the innovational development of Kurgan area enterprises allows to judge domination of the "closed" innovations model in economy of region, that defines low efficiency of innovational activity. The author adheres to logic of a choice of strategy of the intermediate institutes at formation of national innovational system. The main role in its realization belongs adsorptive capacities of national economy as a whole and separate organizations. In clause the concept adsorptive capacity of firm is specified, the approaches to its estimation, processes and tools of formation are submitted.
