Now the problem of innovative development is actual. The important role in it the world financial crisis, which consequences will be, reflected on economy development has played. In article the basic aspects influencing development of innovative system in the country and in regions, and the basic obstacles in a development way are short considered. The basic indicators of results of development of innovative activity are presented. The concept of the sixth technological way is considered. The conclusion is drawn on development in regions of innovative networks and infrastructures of innovative activity as key factor of innovative economic development.
