The problems of competitive ability and cluster development of the economics of Azerbaijan in the regional aspect

In Azerbaijan after the disintegration of the USSR the issues of competitiveness and stable development of economics of the country became very important. The economic reforms, which had being organized during last 10 years and a number of macroeconomic showings of the country, are analyzed in the article. The analyses of the dynamics of IGP, the foreign trade turnover of the country, main foreign trade partners, IGP structure, the branch structure of the industrial production, the volume of investments into the economics of Azerbaijan and etc. are shown. At a conclusion the modernization and renovation of the industrial sectors in the context of transition to the innovation economics, especially in the regions of the country will make the use of the effective economic instruments including clusters real for the stable and consecutive development of the regions of the country, and of the economics of Azerbaijan by the gross.
