Organizational-economic problems of management of the enterprises of the regional electropower complex and the way of their overcoming

In connection with the spent transformations to an electropower complex of Russia, the problem of creation of the effective mechanism of functioning of a regional electropower complex has got recently still the big urgency. In the present work the complex estimation of a modern condition of an electropower complex of North Caucasian republics and the accepted programs on its development is spent, main objectives, problems of branch and a problem of its development are defined. Recommendations about the decision of the designated problems are given. The conclusion that in the conditions of North Caucasian republics for the account of realisation of actions on for energy-saving the useful volume of a power consumption of republics can be increased more than by 400 million in kw is drawn/H without creation of new generating capacities.
