Evaluating the clustering form of organizational-and-administrative innovations (by machine-building complex)

The approaches concerning cost-efficiency evaluation to innovative manufacturing clusters are suggested in the article. It was produced the proofs that cluster form of industrial cooperation comes to organizational-and-administrative type of innovations, it was also phrased the conception of innovative economical cluster. It was evaluated innovative development level of Vologda region and clustering possibility of its machine-building complex. In the article we proved different models evaluating the innovative manufacturing clusters (counting of synergetic effect, regional input-output tables definition, regression model of innovative development, balanced scorecard methodology).
