Perfection of institutional environments of investitsionno-building activity

At present, crisis of investing-construction sphere reflects the existence of persistent problems having been formed long before the beginning of economic recession. Solution of these problems is considered from the point of view of institutional environment improvement and it is caused by perverted rules and regulations formed in the investment-construction sphere. Basic institutions of investment-construction activity demanding special attention are mentioned. Links are presented, destruction of these results in crises in the considered field.
