Modelling of development and the organisation of management of region economy in market conditions

The new approach to the organization of management and modeling developments of economy of region is presented. The organization of management by region is presented by two levels (contours of management): economy and the budget. Such organization was used at construction of mathematical model of economy of the region presented in the form of a vector problem of mathematical programming. The model was under construction on the basis of interbranch balance, investment investments of economy of region, resource expenses and capacities.
