Investment project effectiveness evaluation as an instrument of environmental and economical regulation of investment and building activity in the region

In connection with the increasing importance of environmental agenda in priority system of investment and building realm, the issue of investment project effectiveness evaluation is taking on special significance. Theoretical aspects and practical methods of investment project effectiveness evaluation are considered in this paper and the scheme of principal stages is offered. The author concludes that investment project effectiveness evaluation is the most important instrument of investment projecting and investment and building activity regulation that allows coordinating investors’ economic interests and regional environmental priorities.
