Reasons and the formation of the new briefcase of the resources of the regional development

The changing geo-economic conditions cause the need for the new understanding of regional economics as а management object. This problem is solved on the basis of a study of reasons and possibility of the formation of the new briefcase of the resources of regional development in the context of the development of new economy and divergence of the properties of economic space. The conclusion is made that as “the region” in the management aspect it is expedient to assume not administrative district, but zone of regional interests and zone of the design coating of economic space.
