Social and economical development of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan

This paper deal with the methods of evaluation of social and economical development of territorial economical systems, based on matrix approach. The evaluation of social and economical development leading districts of the Republic of Tatarstan: municipalities of Kazan and Naberegnye Chelny and municipal districts of Niznekamsk and Zelenodolsk for 2007 and 2008 years were conducted and main factors influenced to increase/decrease of social and economical development of these areas were revealed.
