Land resources as the base of the effective regional economics

Nowadays the state control of economics in regions is referred to the self-sufficiency procurement of territories connected with the promotion of investment activities and advance in the economic potential of regions. This article shows the necessity of this control, which can be realized through the differentiated approach to land regional politics and through the increase of the economic potential, what can be achieved by means of the augmentation of the effective use of land resources in the region based on factors of the ground rent.
