Monitoring of spenditures on state and municipal self-government in the subjects of the Russian Federation under circumstances of economic crisis

In the article there have been revealed and laid grounds for the problems of spenditures on state and municipal self-government in a subject of the Russian Federation under circumstances of economic crisis. Experience of monitoring of the spenditures on state and municipal self-government in the Volgograd region under crisis conditions has been presented. Certain measures aimed at enhancing effectiveness of state and municipal self-government in a subject of the Russian Federation under circumstances of economic crisis have been proposed to be used in other regions of the Russian Federation.
