To question about the concept of foreign activity development in region

According to practice importance of foreign activity ignore is the reason of local resources imperfect allocation, economic growth reduce and regional economic policy effect decline. It is necessary to create economic and social development governance in region according to foreign factor. In the present work necessity of strategic approach to regional foreign activity are proved, different aspects of foreign activity in the region are examined, basic ways of foreign activity development according to world tendencies are proposed.
