The market of rent of uninhabited premises of the city of Moscow in 2006-2009

Within the limits of crisis of economic and an aggravation of an economic situation in separately taken regions, the importance of efficient control raises. Among other, it is expedient to pay attention to management of a state ownership. In the present work the special attention is turned on the market of the state rent in the city of Moscow, as a conductor of a social and economic and anti-recessionary policy of the Government of Moscow. Development and problem tendencies, evolution of its basic indicators in the conditions of crisis are considered its structure. Conclusions are drawn on the further perfection of this market and the basic directions of its development are offered.
