In the article it is investigated innovative potential of a city of Moscow and necessary measures for attraction of investments for the purpose its further development. On the basis of the analysis of world development trends of the market of innovative technologies in the article the conclusion about necessity of creation of innovative system of a city as compound and major part of national innovative system is done, and also it is noticed that creation of a stable and strong basis for economic development of a city of Moscow will be advanced further in many respects by that, how fast and high technologies in production will be effectively used.
