Article is devoted the analysis of activity of subjects of regional economy of knowledge taking into account application of base theoretical approaches and models of the institutsionalno-evolutionary economic theory. On the basis of the analysis of references and own researches of authors the conceptual device «development institutes», «institutes of regional development» is developed; allocation and the analysis of institutes of regional development of an increment of knowledge is spent.
