Evaluation of the regional goods markets system development: a microeconomic approach

The substantiate regional government policy in regulation of commodities markets development needs an overwhelming evaluation of the regional goods markets system. The frameworks of regional commodities markets development research are proposed in the paper. The named research is based on the analysis of a market equilibrate point. Also the regional commodities markets evaluation methodology basing on researches of common dynamics of market prices and sales quantity with stability and growth indicators usage is suggested. The results of commodities markets in Perm region development in 2000-2007 research by means of mentioned methodology is presented.
