Basic directions realization of public policy are determined on upgrading life of population and decline of social tension in a problem region, priorities open up and the list of measures is given on the improvement of socio-economic situation in Republic Daghestan. As basic directions of upgrading life of population and decline of social tension the followings are certain in a region: increase of level of payment of labour; address social support of population; improvement of the state of health, upgrading and availability of medi-cinskikh services; perfection of the system of education and providing of availability of high-quality education; cultural and spiritual-moral development of personality and society.
