In the article suggested the author examines possible influence of the anti-crisis governmental measures implemented in the Russia Federation on socio-economic situation and further development of those Russian regions, where the influence of crisis is the most sensitive because of decay in their economies which was already seen in pre-crisis period. Among such regions there are the Chechen Republic and most of her neighbours in the South federal district of the Russia Federation. The author with necessary arguments proves that “ordinary” measures, which are usually enough for supporting economic growth in more or less prosperitive regions, now, in the case of the Chechen Republic, seem to be too weak; in this way, as the author thinks, we need new economic doctrine of post-crisis development. One of the main ingredients of such a doctrine would be effective and real support to small and middle size enterprises.

Keywords: anti-crisis measures, socio-economic situation in Russian regions, unemployment, poverty, small and middle size enterprises, doctrine of post-crisis development
