System effect of the state`s, the market`s and science`s interaction in the conditions of technopark structures

Evolution of the technopark structures is considered from the point of view of interaction of elements in system the state - science - innovations - market. The basic approaches to the organization of commercial researches, the reasons of failures and a condition of successful work of technoparks are analyzed. The effect of rapid growth of innovative structures speaks effect of system in which the state plays a role of the initiator and the co-ordinator of innovative processes. The active role of authorities in creation of technoparks, as the structures, organizational connecting science, business and the state is accented.
