Effective transport system is the major factor of social and economic development of a megacity. Increase of efficiency of transport system rationally on the basis of working out and application of innovative models and mechanisms of logistical management. It is offered to use at the expense of realisation of step-by-step operations of logistical management available reserve of increase of speed and stability of a material passazhirsko-transport stream at the expense of minimisation of logistical resistance to its advancement in links of a routeing logistical chain.
