Realization of the concept of ruling the labor potential in the context of social-labor relations

There is marked the realization of the concept of ruling the labor potential in the context of social-labor relations in the article, and, besides, the system of labor relations in different countries. The comparative analyzes of different methodic of realization of this concept is done in the article. Items and conclusions are given at the end of the article.
