In the article different approaches towards definition of regional innovation cluster are observed, own interpretation is given. Authors also conduct analysis of innovation cluster of Nizhny Novgorod region, based on their own model of regional innovation cluster. The main conclusion of the article is that Nizhny Novgorod regional innovation cluster is on the stage of formation.
