Topologisation logistical management of passenger transportno-logistical system of the megacity

Effective transport system is the major factor of social and economic development of a megacity. Increase of efficiency of transport system rationally on the basis of working out and application of innovative logistical management.
     Topologisation logistical management allows to define structure of operating and operated objects of transport system, their spatial arrangement, structure and a way of action, and also mechanisms of their functioning and connection to communication lines.
