Complex approach in development of the Ural industrial region in the conditions of economic crisis

In the article the basic going is considered near forming of industrial clusters in the regions of Russia. Author the special attention spares the basic mechanisms of realization of modern industrial policy of the economy of the Ural federal district and Russia straight related to the scenario of development. On the example of project « Titanic valley», Ural motor-car cluster, instrumental - in the Sverdlovsk area and Conception of industrial development of the Chelyabinskoy area the basic elements of their forming, pre-conditions for their creation, tasks, composition of cluster, open up production co-operation, mechanisms, implementation phases within the framework of single Conception of long-term socio-economic development of Russian Federation to 2020 year.
