The concept «quality of life», as a level of development and a degree of satisfaction of all complex of needs and interests of people is considered. Working conditions are, in opinion of authors, one of private (integrated) parameters of «quality of life». By results of the carried out sociological researches the estimation of a condition of working conditions of various categories of workers of an agricultural production of the Oryol area and the offer on their changes in the best party(side) is given.
