The state support is a basis of stable and dynamic agriculture development. It is carried out in such forms as budgetary crediting, budgetary subsidising, granting of the state guarantees. In the article the analysis of application of the program and target approach is carried out using the definition of forms, directions and an order of granting of the state support to agricultural commodity producers at region level. The considerable attention is paid to an estimation of anti-recessionary measures of the state support of agriculture in Altay territory.
