Organization research as an object of management is offered in a context of its life cycle, interrelation of functional, industrial and organizational structures. The expediency of the offered approach is caused by the fact that this approach allows to reveal objectively existing connection and interference of the organization and management within the limits of uniform process of purposeful activity.
