Innovation cluster approach to the development of the region on the basis of the business-incubator’s creation

Innovation evolution of a region stands not only for the basic process of novations’ development, but also for the forming of a system of factors and conditions, required for the successful realization of this process. The creation of a business-incubator on the basis of Kuban State University will allow building up a united communicational chain of education, science, business and state; as well as it will guarantee the regularity in the forming of the innovation regional economy. It is supposed to realize the project of the business-incubator’s creation on the basis of the cluster approach that will permit to form a new sectoral configuration in the region and to create the innovation economic system.
