The article substantiates the need for the practical completion of the stable development concept aimed at the linking of the controversial tendencies in economic, social and natural spheres and at the «theory formulating» based on the existing data in Russia. The grounds for the stable economic development of the region’s rural territories and contemporary problems and influence factors are disclosed. The article shows the conceptual approaches towards the organizational-economic mechanism of the stable development of the region’s rural territories forming and its correlating conceptual model, the conclusions are drawn.
