The Forming Mechanism of Providing the Stable Development of the Region’s Agroindustrial Complex

The article discloses theoretical approaches towards the forming and the functioning mechanism of the providing the stable development of the region’s agroindustrial complex. The stability of agriculture industry is viewed upon as the category in the system of reproduction processes of economic development. The integrated assessment of the Lipetsk region’s agroindustrial complex is given, the impact of the mechanism elements on the regional agroindustrial development is shown. The need for the implementing of the software-purposive approach towards the management of the system of the stable development of the region’s agroindustrial complex is proved.
