Topical questions of Territorial Executives of the Federal agency of financial and budget supervision in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation under their authority

In connection with the crisis in the world economy, the problem of state financial control improvement is coming more actual. In the present article it has been illustrated the main problems which the Territorial Executives of the Federal agency of financial and budget supervision are facing with. It is concluded that within the financial crisis in order to increase the efficiency of control activity of territorial Executives of the Federal agency of financial and budget supervision in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation there is need, first of all, to enhance the normative foundation as well as the making changes in current legislative acts of the Russian Federation to settle the questions.
