The Use of Cluster Method of Approach during the Regional Policy Realization

In the article the efficiency of cluster policy realization at the regional level is substantiated. Orientations, objectives, problems of the regional cluster policy are disclosed. Arguing the message of the article, the author gives a detailed analysis of the advantages of cluster method of approach at the regional level, defines positive and negative factors which influence on formation of the regional clusters. Also in the article institutions required for cluster policy realization are defined and described, the experience of the implementation of the regional cluster policy in some constituents of the Russian Federation is analysed.
