Competition at the market of labour of region with surplus labour force

In the article the thought of criterion of taking of territories is resulted to the category of regions with surplus labour force and on his basis the list of similar regions of Russian Federation is made. Description is Given to the competition relations of basic subjects of labour-market in the conditions of disbalance at the market of labour characterized by surplus of labour resources.
