Development of the processes of the scientific guarantee of a branch of region under the conditions of economic crisis (based on the example to Kaliningrad region)

In connection with the crisis phenomena in the economy the problem of the improvement of the processes of the scientific guarantee of development of branch at the regional level acquired recently an even larger urgency. In the work with the aid of the economic and mathematical methods and other tools is proven the importance of the problems being investigated and are studied different aspects of the scientific guarantee of a branch of region based on the example to Kaliningrad region. The conclusion is made that under the conditions of economic crisis and need for the optimization of expenditures important is the development of the key directions of the investment of financial resources with the aid of the ranking of the branches of region on the priority for an increase in the expenditures for science and the scientific guarantee.
