The assessment of the regional inhabitants social security

Various integral indicators which define economical and social processes in a country, a region (the index of human potential development, the index of quality of life, etc.) have been widespread in last decades. The measuring system of the Index of the regional inhabitants’ social security, which is intended for monitoring of a social situation in Russian Federation’s regions, is represented in this paper. The Index desegregates the indices which define inhabitants’ income, education, health protection and on-budget expenditures in welfare.
